The dishes

Head chef Daniel Schaffers places special emphasis on the freshness and quality of local produce. Tempting dishes taken from German and international cuisine await you. Seasonal products are lovingly prepared with great culinary skill and transformed into delicious dishes that you will never forget.

The desserts

We attach particular value to serving delicious desserts that make the perfect end to your gastronomic voyage of discovery. Be enchanted by lovingly crafted chocolate and ice cream creations or bring your evening to a perfect close with a glass of outstanding regional wine.

Breakfast

It is not only hotel residents who are able to enjoy the unique Schaffers breakfast buffet. We also offer our buffet and all the trimmings to non-residents who have booked in advance. Let yourself be pampered by our pleasant, welcoming service and enjoy a relaxing breakfast together with your loved ones.

You can enjoy our copious breakfast buffet with its regional specialities from Monday to Friday 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and at weekends from 7.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. In fine weather, we are also happy to serve breakfast on our sun terrace.

There are many good reasons for asking us to host your event: Company celebrations or private parties are events where you want to concentrate on the important things relaxed and free from stress. Guests, long-service award recipients, birthday boys and girls, newly-weds and family members all want to be able to concentrate on one another without having to worry about anything – safe in the knowledge that everything will run smoothly in the background! We will take care of everything - All you have to do is enjoy yourself!

Our head chef

Daniel Schaffers

Daniel Schaffers started at the Steigenberger Hotel Academy in Bad Reichenhall before then being trained as a chef at the “Traube Tonbach” hotel. After completing his training, he worked in Aachen, Zürich, Los Angeles, Cologne, Dresden (Asst. Food & Beverage Manager in the Kempinski Hotel) and Brighton (Senior Event Manager in the Grand Hotel).
Since 2006, Daniel Schaffers has been exercising his skills “back home”. His cooking is characterised first and foremost by its freshness and freedom. Daniel Schaffers attaches great value to using seasonal, fresh products which he transforms into veritable delicacies thanks to his care and attention.
