It is not only hotel residents who are able to enjoy the unique Schaffers breakfast buffet. We also offer our buffet and all the trimmings to non-residents who have booked in advance. Daniel Schaffers started at the Steigenberger Hotel Academy in Bad Reichenhall before then being trained as a chef at the “Traube Tonbach” hotel. After completing his training, he worked in Aachen, Zürich, Los Angeles, Cologne, Dresden (Asst. Food & Beverage Manager in the Kempinski Hotel) and Brighton (Senior Event Manager in the Grand Hotel).
Since 2006, Daniel Schaffers has been exercising his skills “back home”. His cooking is characterised first and foremost by its freshness and freedom. Daniel Schaffers attaches great value to using seasonal, fresh products which he transforms into veritable delicacies thanks to his care and attention.
