Job description:
- Check in/Check out of our hotel guests
- Handling with hotel reservations, allocating rooms, various reports in the hotel software, sorting files, checking rooms and preparing for new arrivals
- Completion of general correspondence
- Telephone service
- Welcoming and seating guests, taking and forwarding orders
- Creation of invoices
- Preparation and serving of hot and cold drinks, mixed drinks, wine service…
- Handling with guest requests and with guest complaints
- Assisting in the organization of various celebrations (birthdays, weddings…)
- Take care of the entire restaurant, mise en place
